Welcome to the CCSU Online Admission process for Post Graduate Courses, 2017
The entire process consist of three stages namely:
1. ACCOUNT CREATION
2. MAKING PAYMENT
3. ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION
A. The following items would be required at various stages of online form fillup:
Softcopy/Digital copy of your recent passport size photograph: The size of the image file should be minimum of 20KB and
should not be more than 50KB with the face (uncovered) clearly visible in .jpg format only.
Scanned copy of your FULL Signature signed with Black Ink:
The size of the image file should be minimum of 20 KB and should not be more than 50KB. The signature should be clearly visible in .jpg format only.
A valid email ID: All future correspondences including activation link for applying will be sent to this email ID.
A valid mobile number: All updates including payment confirmation, examination Registration number etc. will be sent to this number.
B. How to fill-in the Online Application Form:
The applicant should first create an account by clicking the "Create Account" button.
Fill-in the required information and click "Submit"..
An activation link will be sent to the registered e-mail ID of the applicant entered at the time of filling the information.
Please click the activation link in the email ID to activate the account. Your account is now Activated.
Click on the "Make Payment" button and fill up the Enrolment ID. Select the required option for making the payment.
If "Online Payment" is selected, the applicant will be redirected to the payment gateway. Select the manner of making payment accordingly.
The applicant can now directly make the payment online using the payment gateway option. Please note the payment gateway service provider shall charge Rs.22.47 as transaction fee for Internet Banking, 1% of customer payment for Debit cards and 1.5% of customer payment for Credit cards.
Those making payment online through internet banking/ debit card/ credit card shall be provided a TRANSACTION ID. Please take a printout of the transaction receipt.
If "Bank Challan" is selected, then a Bank Challan with details of the applicant will be generated.
Take a printout of this, and visit any ICICI Bank Branch for cash payment. On payment, Bank will provide Two Parts of the Challan,
duly stamped, signed, with Journal number/ Transaction ID. Candidates using this method can log in to fill in the form only
after a time period ofatleast 24 hrs as the payment status has to be updated by the concerned bank.
Last date of challan payment is 04/08/2016. However last date for online payment is 06/08/2016.
After making the payment, go to the "APPLY ONLINE" section. For submitting the application, the applicant now has to log-in by submitting the ENROLLMENT ID and TRANSACTION ID printed in the transaction receipt generated after the online payment.
Fill-in the required information as per the format of the application. Please note that submission of information to all sections is essential and you can't bypass any section.
On completion of filling up of all sections, you may submit the Form. Now Admit Card will be generated. Take a printout of
the Application form and the Admit Card
Please note, once the Final Submission is made, you will be able to update your marks ONLY.
For applicants, whose results of the qualifying degree examination is not declared at the time of submitting the application,
they may login to the portal again and enter their overall Marks/CGPA obtained in qualifying examination up to
8th August, 2016 (till 10pm).
Candidates would be required to take a printout of the Application form after entering the marks to be submitted at the time of admission.
